Green Cloud collects personal information from every subscriber, as part of the subscription process, as set out in the subscription form. Pseudonyms are not permitted, due to the nature of services being provided.

All internet hosting and development is performed in Australia, and the website and its data is kept secure using standard industry practices on Amazon Web Services.
